Michelle dove right into our quest for the perfect home. She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and always on the ready! In the end we decided to build and she found a lot that met every single one of our needs! Her instruction throughout the negotiation process proved to be highly beneficial. My experience with Michelle has been fantastic! I’m still in the process of buying…currently waiting for the seller to send over some documents for review before we finalize the sale. It’s been a long 4 month process to find the right place but Michelle and her assistant Meghan have been excited and helpful since day one. Even though Michelle is a new agent, she knows what she is doing. On one property I was interested in, she went around room by room with me writing down damages to each room and taking pictures to present to the seller explaining why I was offering what I was. Michelle can tell when you feel uncomfortable even when you don’t say anything and will steer you away from the property. For instance, I happened to like a place but felt very uncomfortable going up and down the stairs. Michelle refused to let me go any further with the property because it was something I could not change and she knew I would be unhappy with the stairs. When I have a question or would like a status update, both Michelle and Meghan respond very quickly to my requests. They’re also very quick to let me know when they receive new information from the seller’s agent. Even though I’ve known both Michelle and Meghan before they got into the real estate business, I would still choose them to be my real estate team.
